During my recent stay at Hotel Arkadia in Kielce, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and comfort offered. The room service was exceptional, providing clean towels, complimentary toiletries, and a cozy bed perfect for a peaceful night's sleep. Arkadia's strategic location, just a short distance from popular attractions such as the Bishops' of Krakow Palace and Basilica of the Assumption Day, made exploring the city convenient and enjoyable. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms allowed me to stay connected, and the 24/7 desk provided the flexibility to come and go as I pleased. The hotel's attentive staff, who required a photo ID upon check-in for added security, were friendly and quick to address any needs that arose during my stay. The ongoing renovations gave the building a fresh and modern look, exceeding my expectations based on online images. Arkadia offers excellent value for the price, with the added bonus of a buffet breakfast option for guests. Whether traveling solo or with family, this 1-star hotel provides a comfortable and welcoming base to explore the charms of Kielce.
